As part of the conference work, Elena Collina, researcher at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca,
presented the results obtained by DISAT UNIMIB in the PerFORM WATER 2030 project.
The speech was focused on experimental activities regarding wastewater treatment and emerging micropollutants removal using zero-valent iron nanoparticles (nZVI) encapsulated in carbon by hydrothermal carbonization (HTC).
